World Logistics Services prepares the customs, transit and excise documents for petroleum cargo and coordinates its handling at the Freeport of Riga, Ventspils and Liepāja. You get one contact for the declaration, the terminal booking and the onward transport, so product is not held at the berth or the border waiting for paperwork.
Customs declarations
- Import and export declarations (SAD) for petroleum products and equipment
- T1 external transit for non-Union goods moving through the EU
- Tariff classification and origin advice for fuels, base oils, lubricants and additives
- Bonded (customs warehouse) entries and releases at the ports
Excise goods
Fuels are excise goods. Movements under duty suspension between EU tax warehouses require an electronic administrative document (e-AD) raised through EMCS before departure and closed on receipt. We prepare the e-AD, monitor the movement and handle the report of receipt, so duty is not triggered by a missing or late document.
Terminal handling
At the Baltic terminals we book the berth or loading slot, coordinate with the terminal operator, arrange independent quantity and quality inspection where you require it, and organise the road, rail or ISO-tank collection. For drummed and packaged product we arrange cross-docking, labelling checks and consolidation into full trailer loads.
Documents you receive
Before departure you receive the customs entry, the transit or excise document, the CMR or bill of lading, the ADR or IMDG dangerous goods document, and any inspection certificates. After delivery you receive the proof of delivery and the closed transit or excise movement. Your files are complete without chasing.
To request a quotation, send the product, HS code if known, quantity, origin, destination and the customs status of the goods (Union, non-Union, under excise suspension) to [email protected] or use the contact form.
