World Logistics Services is a petroleum freight logistics company headquartered at Garozes iela 1, Rīga, Latvia. We move crude, refined products, fuels, lubricants, base oils and drummed or packaged petroleum by sea, road, rail and air.

Our work starts at the Baltic terminals. The Freeport of Riga, the Ventspils oil terminal and the port of Liepāja give us direct tanker berths, tank storage and rail sidings on the Baltic Sea. From there we reach inland depots across the EU by ADR road haulage and rail, and the international tanker lanes by short-sea and deep-sea shipping.

We handle one kind of cargo, so the team knows what each product needs. Fuels travel as ADR Class 3 dangerous goods with the right documents and equipment. Base oils and lubricants move in dedicated tanks so grades are never mixed. Bitumen and heavy fuel oil travel heated. Drums and IBCs go on curtain-sided and flatbed trailers with dangerous-goods labelling checked before loading.

Every consignment has one representative who plans the load, books the equipment, prepares the CMR, ADR and transit documents, and handles changes on the day. You see the status from collection at the terminal to delivery at your tank.
